When an opportunity to build a Corporate Relocation Department was presented to me, I dove in. Within 2 years, I was awarded the Peak Performance Award at the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates national convention. When the firm owner sold the company, I moved over to another Prudential affiliate which eventually became Better Homes and Gardens Florida 1st Realty. I held many positions there - including agent, Relocation Director, Branch Manager, Marketing Director, trainer and supervising space planning and remodeling of several branch offices. When my husband and I decided to retire, we chose the Carolinas as the very best place to live. Who wouldn't fall in love with the breathtaking scenery, ideal weather, relaxed pace, and friendly people? I love living here, but I've discovered that retirement is not for me. So it's back to the business I love. I'm still helping old friends and new find their perfect place to live and also buying and renovating homes to sell. Just sold project number 36 and still going strong.
