I'm an Approved Provider for the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy, offering CEs to practicing therapists. My classes are interactive and engaging. I also present at state and national conventions for bodyworkers and allied health practitioners, as well as local and national businesses and civic organizations. I'm an active volunteer, with the AMTA at both the state and national level, and with the NCBTMB. Much of my work was also involved in curriculum design and development. That entire process - from identifying training needs through implementation – is similar to working with clients where regular assessment and adjustments maintain the flow of the session. I like to work in a respectful, enjoyable, and professional manner where all are welcome and engaged. It's important for each person to blend new information with previous knowledge and to identify and build upon their strengths in a supportive environment.
