I held the position of Deputy Chief and Chief of Staff for 8 years before retiring. My law enforcement background is very diverse, having been assigned to investigative, uniform, undercover and administrative positions. I have a great amount of training in leadership, organizational development, homeland security, emergency management, communication and investigations. Additionally I was responsible and accountable for managing multi million dollar budgets. Since retiring I have been working in the private sector managing our family business. In my new position I developed a strategic plan, began working with suppliers, marketing the business, supervising employees, tracking orders and inventory, writing and enforcing policy and ensuring goals and objectives are met and the business is profitable. I recently joined the Security Representative team for the NFL representing Las Vegas. I am so excited to be part of this team and working with some incredible people! I an also a licensed Private Investigator specializing in internal investigations, Diversity and sexual harassment investigations, surveillance and interview and interrogations.
