In my role as the Director of NatureServe’s Marine program, I led the development of the Coastal and Marine Ecological Classification Standard, the US Federal standard for characterizing and mapping coastal and marine environments. As a member of NatureServe's Executive team I developed organizational strategies, policies, and procedures and managed a 1 million dollar budget and 15 staff.
