Before coming to The Coca-Cola Company, Katherine was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and was a leader in developing the Cybercrime Prevention and Response service where PwC consulted with companies to build their own CPR team -- including computer forensics and incident response capabilities. Prior to her PwC consulting, Katherine was the Manager of the CERT(c) at Carnegie Mellon University, where she led the development of more than 90 CERT teams globally and the development of vulnerability analysis partnership between CERT and technology vendors. She grew the CERT team from 10 people to 40. In 1999, Katherine testified before Congress on the Melissa virus and gave more than 2,000 interviews (TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines) over her time at CERT. Katherine is a speaker at many privacy and information security conferences.
