Key Deliverables - Campaigns and promotions: Implement effective marketing offline and online campaigns with the aim of increasing enquiries and the number of test takers. Make good use of website and social media to implement marketing and promotion objectives (e.g. eDMS, online banners, FB campaigns, video clips production etc.) - Market research: Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis including focus groups, surveys, desktop research, mystery shopping etc. - Events: Arrange and manage promotional events such as education exhibitions to raise awareness of British Council exams brands and increase registration numbers - Corporate premiums: Source and produce corporate premiums in line with brand guidelines Other Responsibilities and main duties - Plan and record spending items against the marketing budget - Draft content for promotional materials such as e-newsletters and eDMs - Manage external service providers (including translators, photographers etc.) - Work with PR team to gain free media coverage for exams products - to promote equal opportunities and diversity through the British Council’s marketing activity.
