Over her 30-year career with Willis Towers Watson served as the Director of Account Management both at the local level in four different offices (Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland and New York) as well as for the Central Division (eight Midwest offices). At Watson Wyatt (predecessor firm merged into WTW) was a member of the firm’s Finance Committee responsible for managing the firm’s assets and benefits plans. Kathleen holds an MS in Communications from Northwestern University. She and her husband Mike (also a NU grad) are members of Northwestern’s Leadership Council. They reside in downtown Chicago and are regular attendees at Northwestern football and basketball games. Both are committed to making Chicago the best city it can be. Kathleen also enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and exercising.
