I'm Kathie - a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Team Lead at Stripe where I help support our largest Enterprise and Digital Native clients as the white glove technical point of contact. My responsibilities range from integration reviews to troubleshooting our APIs. There is no task too big or too small. I am currently TAM Lead mentoring team members on career paths and raising the bar. I’m always looking for ways to amplify. I am also the ESEA (East South East Asian ERG) Global Lead managing a global team fostering a sense of belonging in the community at Stripe. I worked at The Trade Desk (TTD) for 5 years before moving over to joining Stripe, specializing in TTD's APIs. I worked with agency and brands to come up with creative solutions to take their programmatic buys to the next level. I have trained dozens of clients on APIs and it was a joy to work with customers and strategize on how to increase their revenue whether it's through time-saving workflow enhancements, reporting integrations, CRM Data, or utilizing external signals like financial indices. I help with discovery, planning, and execution by working closely with CEOs, CTOs, Technology leads, traders, analytics teams, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and project managers. Prior to becoming a TAM at TTD, I spent 4 years as an Account Manager as a UI platform expert and programmatic consultant. I trained and onboarded over 100 programatic traders on how to setup, trade, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns. I even leveraged my finance background to teach clients how to read 10Ks to align with their brand's goals. I worked directly with planning teams, digital teams, brand management teams, and marketing leads at brands. Before joining Ad Tech, I spent 5 years on Wall Street in derivatives sales, structuring, and trading. My focus was on improving trading efficiency, project management, client training, and trade idea generation. My clients included hedge funds, high net worth, and ultra high net worth individuals.
