About Me I bring with me a depth of training and direct experience of what I share. I have dedicated over fifteen years to mastering awenydd (shamanic) approaches to wellbeing. The positive outcomes I witnessed through this work propelled me to pursue academic studies in the field. This academic journey resulted in the attainment of a BSc First Class Hons in Complementary Therapies for Healthcare and an MSc with Distinction in Psychology. For more than a decade, I have extended the assistance that played a crucial role in my own health and wellbeing journey to others. In 2012, I established Creuynni Complementary Healthcare, supporting self-health management. Since then, I have been actively involved in various settings both nationally and internationally. My work spans schools, workplaces, conferences, wellbeing events, festivals, and ecovillages across the UK, France, Germany, and Portugal. Additionally, I've contributed to the NHS, facilitating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Meditation-based Programs. Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, ceremonies, and a comprehensive four-year training program, I offer practices to help individuals connect directly with inner, nature, and universal wisdom. Accessing this profound wisdom can support our journeys towards health, wellbeing, and becoming our empowered, fulfilled selves.
