None of which really have anything to do with my Masters in Brewing & Distilling! (Well maybe the running pubs bit). My key motivation and need is to understand how/why things work and analyse them. I like troubleshooting, getting under the skin of things and being the go-to person. You'll always find me in the background trying to make sure things run as they should, and making sure my team has what they need to make their lives easier. I love projects and all things systems - love putting in a new ATS! and generally all things excel and spreadsheet based. I generally love being given something new to tackle, but at the same time can find tranquillity in repetitive tasks.
