Katai John Email & Phone Number | Started my working life as an apprentice Fitter & Turner at Chapman Engineering 1980 to 84 I gained my trade and then moved to my family business general engineering company. My next move was to study manufacturing at Box Hill TAFE this led to a study of Fluid Power gaining these qualifications I got a job with R & D Hydraulics in Hawthorn I stayed there for 7 years machining hydraulic components and had an introduction into service work. After that I got a job with Emseal a laminating machine manufacturing company I started in production and later moved to the workshop and assisted with R & D. I stayed there for 2 years while looking for more service work that was when I moved to Tennant Co. which is ware I still currently work and have done for the last 18 years, the first 15 years as a service technician then became the service supervisor to the southern region I then gained my Cert IV and became the service trainer/warranty and compliance officer which is ware I an today.
