Ms. Ayala started her legal career in a personal injury law firm that provided her with a well-rounded legal experience in civil matters. She represented clients in a variety of torts lawsuits, including medical malpractice. Ms. Ayala later focused her legal practice in Real Estate Law. Ms. Ayala worked as an Assistant General Counsel handling securities and home mortgage loan cases for over eight years at a large financial services company. As an Assistant General Counsel, she proactively assessed and managed risks. She was responsible for responding to regulatory inquiries from the SEC, FINRA and other regulatory agencies on behalf of the broker dealer. She has knowledge and understanding of FINRA rules and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. She also has experience managing investigations of alleged misconduct by registered representatives. Ms. Ayala is also a member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association and Georgia Bar. Ms. Ayala is fluent in both English and Spanish (native language).
