I joined Equinor in 2008 and focused on building a broad generalist experience as an HR leader for the first 10 years of my career. I moved between several business areas and business clusters to ensure that I also built my business understanding of the Equinor value chain from exploration to marketing of our energy products. I also spent one year as an expatriate to our Austin office in Texas, USA in 2019 as HR manager for the Global Unconventionals business cluster. Since January 2020 I have been specializing on leadership development and currently work as Sr. Advisor Executive leadership, talent and succession in Equinor. Key responsibilities are strategic, tactical and operational tasks with the intention to build a robust leadership pipeline for the C-suite roles in the company. In other words; executive talent development, succession planning and appointments of leaders to the corporate priority group roles. I am values driven and passionate about our company purpose; to turn natural resources into energy for people and progress for society. Together with amazing colleagues in Equinor, I am making the world a better place by doing what I can to make sure our company takes a leading position in the energy transition, maneuvering all the interesting and challenging paradoxes we face with the Energy Trilemma.
