Partnering with functional groups to drive appropriate correction and improvement • Analysis and reporting – analysis and reporting of Japan and HK voice of customer survey on a weekly basis in order to drive continual improvement in customer satisfaction • Lead resolution of escalated customer fulfilment cases • Liaise with third party warehousing & logistics vendors to ensure delivery commitment.
