As responsible for Monjasa Academy, I'm Passionate about learning and I see the ability to embrace and drive change through learning projects as my biggest strength in addition to always being curious about the latest trends and opportunities in the field of learning. I strive to make learning an important part of the organization’s strategic success and turn learning and knowledge-sharing into an organizational habit. During the past 5 years in Monjasa we have focused a lot on learning as a lever for creating business impact through eg. Building an extensive 2 year trainee program, leadership learning program incl. immersive leadership journey in cooperation with an NGO in Africa, senior trader learning program to ensure knowledge sharing and career progression, building an extensive learning experience platform to ensure customised onboarding and employee development with content build and selected in cooperation with communities within our biggest knowledge areas. As Sr. HR Business partner I work closely together with our managers in the SEA and MEA region as well as all our group functions. I act as a sparringspartner for management as well as first point of contact to our other functions in HR. I see it as my most noble task to be an authentic and knowledgeable sparring partner for my areas. I've worked with learning and development for the past 15 years and it is a field that is inexhaustible - you can always learn more, test more, achieve more impact, combine new stuff and always strive to provide the best possible learning and developing opportunities to the business. Therefore I admit that I’m a little bit of a geek in this field … My knowledge and interests builds on a broad experience together with an master in learning processes with speciality in leadership psychology, diploma in adult learning and an master in economics (Cand. Oecon) + a variety of certifications (4MAT, Herkin,Prosai,PrinceII,Belbin,ICE coach certification, HOGAN certification, Insights, Disc etc).
