I’ve perfected my delivery of training to not only keep nursing engaged and entertained, but so they also come away from the class with the information they will need to successfully navigate in the new Pyxis ES Platform and share the information with End Users at their sites. 2 hours is a very long time to ask a nurse to stay after a 12 hours shift, come in on their day off or to be covered for during their shifts to attend training. Because of that I keep my training delivery light but also effective. Even though I repeat my training many times over the day, week, months and years; I just keep in mind that my audience has never heard it before and it’s very important to me that they know the system for their ease of use, but most importantly for their patients! Keeping relevant and working where and how I can in order to assist with a positive outcome for the customer and BD are my primary focuses.
