My experience at Deloitte has taught that lasting connections are the often-overlooked connective tissue that allows for the realization of truly impactful solutions. In my most recent role as leader of Deloitte’s Executive Accelerators, I helped to do just that—bringing together C-suite executive, board programs, and Deloitte Greenhouse lab experiences that nurture relationships and create lasting connections. As digital strategy leader for Deloitte’s Client & Market Growth organization, I led teams and strategies to harness the power of technology for innovation, growth, and operational excellence. In my time at Deloitte, I also co-founded the CIO Program, served clients in the Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, and Consumer industries, and held many leadership roles, including Deloitte’s Oracle service line, managing director of the Philadelphia area Consulting practice, managing principal of the US Industry program, and in service on Deloitte Consulting’s Management Committee and Deloitte’s US Operating Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors. I am grateful for the time with my peers, colleagues, clients, and friends during this time of transition. I look forward to what lies ahead!
