Karen Baldock is a I have always believed you can manifest your own destiny. When I was 11 years old I decided I wanted to be a computer programmer for IBM. I lived in a small town in Manitoba Canada and I am pretty sure at the time I didn't know what a programmer was or who IBM was (I think I am giving my age away with that statement). If you look far enough down the list of my previous positions you will see that I, in fact, started my career as a programmer for IBM. I went on to have a very successful and amazing career in high tech. I was in the right place at the right time. During my high tech career I developed a desire to start my own business - doing what, I wasn't sure. In fact I tried a couple of things - usually to end up back in a corporate job. Eventually it was time to move on from corporate life. Over time, my desire to have my own business has fallen into place and I am now utilizing all the skills I learned in my corporate life to be an entrepreneur. The universe is a wonderful thing in that it delivers what you think about. Not always when and how you think it might - but it does deliver.
