Main responsibilities are: · To assist in maintenance and development of data capture, collection and storage systems for service providers in substance misuse, liaising with providers to ensure supply and collection of data. · Monitor and record service provider performance and data quality as directed by the Information and Data Manager, ensuring integrity and timeliness of data submitted. · Prepare reports as directed by the Information and Data Manager for both Criminal Justice Intervention Team and DAAT projects and present them orally. Most reports are done using Crystal Report, MS Excel and MS Access. · Deputise for the Information and Data Manager, which will include attending and presenting oral or written reports to committees and partnership groups on behalf of the DAAT team. · To become an expert user of IT/IS systems implemented for both CJIT and DAAT projects and impart this knowledge through training and support. This will occasionally include a requirement to carry out data entry. · Assist with routine server and PC equipment maintenance, including configuration, backups and software updates. This includes office equipment and that hosted by some service providers, who will require IT/IS support and occasional site visits. · Demonstrate awareness/understanding of equal opportunities and other people's behavioural, physical, social and welfare needs · Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the department · Carry out any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this job description and which are commensurate with the grade of the post.; Supporting the Force internal communications strategies, the post requirements are to provide technical support, advice and development of Force Forms. Main tools used are HTML, VB Script and designer software called "Office Forms" (Top Level). Main responsibilities include: · Responsible for design and administration of Force Forms · Responsible for maintaining the Force Internet E-Forms list and updating existing Microsoft words forms, PDF forms and the new style Web Style forms · Providing technical support, advise to the clients/user. · Main duties are providing support to the client who are using company's software · Duties involves analysing clients problems and finding the solution for the problem · Installing and upgrading software into the clients PCs using remote desktop control · Testing newly developed and updated website for the client · Providing training to new client how to use the company's software · Creating and modifying report using `Crystal Report' for the client use Politically Exposed Persons (such as MPs) Screening Analyst. Barclaycard · The main duties are to investigate potential PEP (Politically Exposed Person) matches for new and existing Barclaycard customers. When matches are found, referral to the Barclaycard Money Laundering Reporting Officer, justifying decision by presenting documentation to support action. · Taking ownership of individual cases and ensuring that actions communicated to the operational areas have been carried out. · Responsible to look at cases, which come in paper format, and then checking the certain details of Barclays bank account holders do not match account details of those people deemed `politically exposed'. · If a match is made, then the details of the match have to be investigated, perhaps researching on the internet for further information on account holders or the circumstances under which the match has been created.; to 2007 November Bestway Cash & Carry Northampton 2 of 3.
