I took my first step into entrepreneurship already in college – I challenged myself to learn the art of sales while working in the US. During my 1.5 year's experience there I was an independent salesman and I also recruited, managed, and trained a group of people. Afterward, I joined a financial advisory business and helped grow it from a 5 to an 80-million-PLN revenue business in only four years. During this time, I built a sales team of 200 people in 7 offices across the country. I created a sales structure generating over 50 million PLN in revenue over those years. In 2010 I launched Lloyd Properties – a real estate broker. Our goal was to create a modern business model, introduce it, and popularize it on the market. After selling properties of a total value exceeding PLN350 million and being ranked among 5% of the biggest players on the Polish market, we can proudly say, we have succeeded in our attempt. I have not only been building a business model, but – more importantly – developing a team of brilliant people, who make our progress possible. I strongly believe in investing in people I work with and that my mission within the organization is to create opportunities for them to grow. In 2015 we launched a new business project – Rent like home. Its business model envisions assisting owners of vacation apartments to make extra money on them with zero effort.
