Currently Director of Population Health at North Central AZ Accountable Care, Dignity Health, she leads a multi-disciplinary team supporting 120+ providers and manages a broad range of internal and external partners and stakeholders. Leading with integrity and collaboration, Kamal believes her effectiveness as a leader lies in ensuring her team members’ success. Setting an example of excellence, she encourages teams to work to the best of their abilities, recognizes them for their achievements, and prepares them for new opportunities.
