In addition to my experience, I hold a certification as a Change Manager (IHK) and have a proven track record of achieving results for renowned clients, including HMD Global, Samsung, Skullcandy, Tineco, Twitch, and Zoom, amongst others. Currently, I also serve as a Chief of Staff at Laika Communications, supporting the team in reaching their full potential while assisting our CEO in managing her workload. My leadership style can be described as empowering and collaborative, as I firmly believe that when we foster an environment of openness and respect, we can accomplish remarkable things together.
