Recently completed a course on OSHA Construction Safety course in 2020. Very good experience in Machine Safety and Industrial Hygiene implementation. I have an international exposure as an auditor of J&J Worldwide EHS&S standards in Indonesia. I perform Indiacampus site audits, the EM and Supplier audits to support the Asia Pacific EM team achieve their goals. Faced more than 50 professional audits for EHSS, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and Facilities technical audits I represent J&J India in Ergonomics committee and Industrial Hygiene Committee. I also represent J&J Asia Pacific andIndia in various important projects of J&J in designing and implementing new systems (Eg- J&J standards reviewing team member in 2018, Permit to Work standard reviewing team member in 2017, EHS reporting tools implementation in India sites in 2018-19 etc). I have good experience of dealing with Government Officials and other external stakeholders related to EHS and proficient with the local HSE regulations, interpret for implementation at sites. Keen interest in understanding EHS regulations of other countries. I believe in focusing on people engagement and coaching departmental representatives which is proactive step in accident prevention. Because of my personal interest I have started SAP EHS module training and upgrading my skills
