Kaitlyn Johnstone Pt Dpt is a Since graduating from the University of Puget Sound DPT program in 2018, Kaitlyn has been working in the Acute Care setting. She was the lead therapist on the orthopedic floor and helped with improving efficiency of same day discharges with the Total Joint Program. She has a passion for vestibular therapy, and is currently one of the primary Emergency Department therapists. Kaitlyn also enjoys education, and has been a Clinical Instructor and a Course Assistant at the UPS DPT program. She has given several guest lectures on Physical Therapy and COVID-19 patients, and has an upcoming platform presentation on Dizziness in the ED at the Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) in 2024. Outside of being a DPT, Kaitlyn enjoys gaming and LEGO building. She is a Recognized LEGO Fan Media with her content channel, and has continued to advocate for improved equity and representation in the LEGO ecosystem. She is particularly passionate about disability representation, as well as improving inclusivity for marginalized communities. She was a host at the LEGO booth for Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2022, and has traveled to Denmark with the opportunity to interview designers on upcoming sets.
