SDTM/ADaM submission packages (acrf, Define XML, Reviewer's guides), SAS macros/processes development to improve quality and efficiency, specification writing, and TLF programming are my main tasks. I'm also involved in SOP creation/maintenance and I'm a mentor for junior SAS programmers.
