My goal is twofold: (1) to protect Florida Atlantic University from NCAA Compliance liability; and (2) to leverage the initial position of Assistant AD for Compliance with Florida Atlantic University to better the lives of student-athletes and empower them to achieve success on and off their chosen field. My passion for collegiate athletics was ignited at North Carolina Central University where I experienced the level of influence coaches and administrators could have on the trajectory of a student's life. I will pay forward the lessons I have been privileged to learn and foster relationships with student-athletes and staff that reach beyond NCAA compliance and academic issues.
