Julien Bohbot Email & Phone Number | Since 1993 when i did a trainig student at ONERA on 3D hypersonic simulation computed on a CRAY machine, I'm involved in project on 3D simulation development in different companies or institute (Airbus, CERFACS, IFPEN) for different topics (external aerodynalic, vibro-acoustic, combustion...). Since 2009, I'm in charge at IFPEN of 3D development project that need to master high performance computing, software engineering, physics modeling, chemistry modellng. SInce 2015, I'm in charge of the collaboration between IFPEN and COnvergent Science Inc. to develop physical modeling in CONVERGE solver. The mesh technologies allow us to simulate configuration that we did not able to achieve with old solver. New numeric technoligies like AI will help us to improve our modeling and will change how we use simulation. This is a change of paradigm that we need to integrate in our design processes.
