My classes are a powerful and uplifting combination of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and community. I am a certified yoga instructor as well as a Reiki practitioner with my background in Psychology and Nursing. In 2009, my desire to explore the traditional and spiritual aspects of yoga sent me to Nashik, India, where I lived and trained to become a yoga instructor at Yoga Vidya Gurukul. Since my return, I have been continuing my studies of meditation, yoga and Reiki around the SF Bay Area and have been teaching in corporate and studio settings.
