Whist in this role I achieved a BSc(Hons) in Forensic Science and Criminal Investigation 2:1 at the University of Central Lancashire and later passed both a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University. I am now seeking a professional career with prospects in the areas of law, fraud and finance. I am committed to providing a high level of customer service as well as enhancing my own skills and knowledge through training and development. The personal attributes I have are excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, I am well organised and plan my time effectively in order to meet deadlines. This was important whilst studying full time and working full time so that I could succeed in both areas. I take a flexible approach to my work, enabling me to prioritise between what is important and what is urgent so as to meet the needs of clients. This cannot be achieved without being punctual and acting on my own initiative and well as working as part of a team to accomplish the expected objective. I have experience of completing accounting ledgers, pro-active investigation techniques, interviewing clients, report writing and analytical skill. In my third year at the University of Central Lancashire I was course representative. I would resolve issues for other students through mediation and in my second year I acted as a mentor to first year students, assisting them in the transition to University. Other work experience I have is sales and customer service assistant where it was essential to deal with clients respectfully and professionally, listening to their issues and resolving them to their satisfaction. In my spare time I enjoy being in the outdoors, going cycling and camping, mainly in the Lake District. I am also a netball player and like to relax with crime novels.
