Planning and implementing the production schedule, including the briefing of staff in the manufacturing department. The daily management of company accounts, invoicing clients and paying suppliers. Providing progress reports, fielding inbound calls and at all times ensuring a very high standard of customers service. Co-ordinating deliveries, including bespoke furniture onsite. Preparing tenders for large contracts and working out costings on bespoke items. Managing the credit control function and managing the debt collection process.Preparing monthly reports for directors of division with budget v’s actual financials. Identify areas of overspend, and managing solutions, such as employee overtime,overspend on supplies, ensuring all hours scheduled are all invoiced. Preparing client reports, presentations and audit reports as required for large multi-location clients Managing €0 – €5k contracts, from a static position ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties would include ordering supplies, dealing with emergencies, organising extra works etc. Ensuring contracts comply with health and safety requirements and all relevant documentation is in place Raising invoices for additional works. Ensuring cover is available in case staff do not report on site. Logging all calls on internal system (concept evolution)and ensuring they are closed off in a timely manner, Maintaining good employee relations Setting up new contracts and additional services. Liaising with internal departments to ensure all clients’ needs are met.
