Scientific work experience: I have worked extensively with different molecular biology technics during my MSc degree, such as: • PCR: Quick Change, PCR-SOEing • Cell culture: Eukaryote and prokaryote cells. • Transfection: Transient and stable transfection. • Protein purification: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), affinity-chromatography. • Immunological methods: Western Blot, ELISA, Flow cytometry (FCM), immunofluorescence (confocal microscopy). Some key experience: • Planning and performing stability and microbial challenge studies for IVD products. • Validation: equipment and test method. • Preparing and approving SOP, study protocols and reports. • Working in cross-functional team with product development and improvement. • Quality management system: Deviation and CAPA management, change control. • Design control/Agile IPDF - integrated product development framework. • IT-knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, EnterpriseOne, Agile PLM – Product life cycle management, Lotus Notes.
