I have successfully led large scale transformation and growth for major U.K. consulting and engineering organisations in the nuclear sector including Nuvia, part of Vinci Group, SNC Lavalin Atkins and more recently PA Consulting. I have developed an outstanding network and hold significant relationships at C Suite level across many client organisations from DESNZ, NDA & ONR to major nuclear utilities in the U.K. & overseas including EdF, Nawah, OPG and Vattenfall. I have been able to sustain lasting relations at the most senior levels and continue to work with key clients as they transition into new leadership roles. This has been a privilege and given me the opportunity to work for and with the best in the industry. I am a passionate leader who works with an exceptional team and delivers success by building high performing teams and creating an environment of empowerment, inclusivity, respect, trust and most importantly fun. As I further my own career, I continue to encourage the next generation through being an active Mentor on the 30% Club Mentoring Programme, Partner sponsor of PA Global Women’s Network and Senior Advisor to the Executive Board for Women in Nuclear. I am a passionate and award winning STEM ambassador. I proactively seek out opportunities to give as many young people access to a career in STEM. In 2019 I was delighted to be nominated & awarded STEM Leader of the Year by the globally recognised Forward Ladies. Recently I have been successfully nominated as a Honorary Fellow of the Nuclear Institute for my significant contribution to nuclear and role modelling careers for women in STEM. As of July, 2024, whilst still leading the firms global nuclear team, I am delighted to take on an expanded role within PA's Energy & Utilities practice, leading the UK region.
