I built the model, database and reporting system for the whole organization - these are the tasks that really drive me. Introducing new views and ideas to executive board, things that haven’t been thought before, is great pleasure of mine. We've created a huge impact on profitability and sales by tracking the right KPIs. BI tools help me finding the bottlenecks of sales process, thus making a huge impact on input/output-ratio and profits. With BI we can go far beyond Excel and improve the analytical skills of the organization. I did my master's degree in economics, it has been my interest since I was a youngster. I spiced up the degree with mathematics, finance, leadership and management studies. I use my whole spectrum of academic education on daily basis: in argumentation, logical thinking and decision making. I've taken part in executive boards right after I started in finance function. This has strengthened my perspective on business management and strategic thinking for the years to come.
