I enrich my consulting process with my constant curiosity for the arts, cultural diversity, history, and socio-economic and political global dynamics. Being Colombian and having worked with peace-building and social development initiatives/projects, -besides making me proud-, has enriched me with complex contextualization related to societal transformations, peace-making and reconciliation, and armed conflict implications. I recognize the tools and approaches of behavioral science as means and solutions to many of the challenges identified by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice; this is due to its potential to reduce factors that strengthen conditions of discrimination and social exclusion. That's why, back in 2021, -along with Sheila Burkhardt, my business partner, and friend- I decided to found Estudio Plural (www.estudio-plural.co), an applied behavioral science studio and lab with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion fields.
