Juan Jos Grosso is a My technical background is engineering (telecommunications and satellite navigation) and I am driven by my passion of creating new things and business around technology that have a positive impact in our society. I worked in engineering roles for five years before moving into business and strategy consulting in the aerospace sector. Later on, I addressed my career towards the automotive sector, covering roles of sales and marketing of telematics (insurance & tolling) products and product management of automotive security products and services. I am currently CEO and Founder of Osmium, a cybersecurity company based in Spain and Italy, with the mission of safeguarding the aerospace industry's digital transformation and enabling the secure use of digitalization, connectivity, and SW-based spacecraft and aircraft to guarantee the safety, integrity, and resilience of its customer’s missions and operations. Apart from the company I manage, I also collaborate in strategy and business consultancy in aerospace and cybersecurity projects with private companies and I am an expert reviewer and evaluator for the European Commission.
