Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services. Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology Keep current with the latest technologies. Approve and oversee projects and project portfolio. Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. SAP R/3, SAP BW • Appointed to be key user in Authorization module, to study business process flow and user’s job scope so as assign appropriate access rights. • Appointed to be SWIFT coordinator, to liaise with Core Competence Center Munchen when there are system/application issues or requirements raised by end users. • Understand overall workflow and module relationships of SAP, so as to create business requirements or improvements. • Appointed to be BW power user, to train key users the use of Business Explorer to create/generate reports Point-Of-Sales System • Appointed to be key user for the integration of POS system to SAP. • Enhanced POS to provide up-to-date inventory level information, customer purchasing history, gift redemption and sales analysis. Customer Loyalty Site and Program • Liaise with CCC and end users • Drive Release upgrade and patches • Lead backoffice & IT Teams to provide user and Technical Support for own Retails Stores in BX and Nordic countries.
