Reporting of final quarterly results for SWG by brand, geography, deal size, channel, in details. Member of the education team (financial systems, processes in SWG). Whole planning cycle from Fall Plan to reporting of actual revenue for Europe (based on internal geography setup) Forecasting on I&E level, I&E controlling in cooperation with expense team Responsible for Worldwide Budget split into countries within Europe IOT Loading and presenting revenue plan and forecast to Brand CFO and supporting her in additional reviews Analyzing and controlling revenue, cost and expense Preparing analysis on gross profit performance, also currency impacts Preparing quarterly outlook of I&E for monthly reviews Creating Excel templates for reporting purposes, automation of files Cooperation with accounting and other teams (pricing) for deeper analysis. Gross vs. Net reports, SNI (shipped not installed), profit levers, UBF (unbiased forecast - quantities) etc. Full support to Brand CFO for Europe IOT with cooperation on daily basis Member of the education team (financial systems, processes and specific tools in STG). First 9 months I was covering the LOAD activities for CEEMEA countries, what included running regular reports for Finance and Sales people and an interaction with WW counterparts for correct set up of the tool, automation of complex excel spreadsheet. It was a project, which was very successful. After 9 months this task was moved outside of CoE, so I continued to work as revenue analyst for 2 Brands within System and Technology Group (STG), covering System Z and Power as a product analyst, handling all product mix reporting, mix impacts, product life-cycle, SOP (Supply optimization program), etc. All done for 2 separate geographies. Later on I've became an analyst for another STG brand (Storage) handling a very complex product portfolio.
