Lead the implementation of an ISO 9001 program for three divisions of the Numatics groups over a 3 year period. Maintained the system after implementation including updating procedures, maintaining changes to the standards, internal audits, third party audits, and training of all employees including upper management. Part of team to transition a manufacturing facility from Michigan to Mexico. Responsible for moving all of the inventory both physically and electronically in the MRP system. Required extensive understanding of NAFTA rules, coordination with vendors and customers, and understanding of two separate MRP systems.
