Without the continual refinement of processes, technology, and people – it would have been difficult to move at the necessary pace. Nothing is possible without a talented and motivated team. With that, I take great care to build cohesive teams that compliment each other’s strengths and achieve more together. I learned the importance of team when serving in Iraq and that belief remains with me today. There is nothing more gratifying as a leader than to see a new team come together, collaborate, and excel! While it is critical to develop my teams to perform at a high level, the same holds true for myself. I am constantly reflecting on my leadership skills and getting feedback so that I can continue to evolve professionally and personally. There is no doubt in my mind that there is a strong correlation between the efforts I put into myself and the achievements of my team.
