  Joseph Giordano is a I completed my Bachelors Degree in 2014 from St. John's University in Queens, NY and my Masters Degree at Columbia University in New York, NY in 2016. I am currently the Visiting TV Scheduling Supervisor at MSG Networks where my primary responsibilities are crewing and managing the visiting TV crew for Knicks and Rangers. I am also responsible for crewing our home shows for Knicks, Rangers, Devils and Islanders. Additionally, I served as the on site tech manager at our studios for the Islanders 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff run. Prior to joining MSG Networks, I was a Coordinating Producer with Rush Media working primarily with the Big East Digital Network where I produce/direct/TD and EIC for various Big East sports. Prior to joining Rush Media I was a Motion Graphics Controller at ESPN where I worked on several studio shows including SportsCenter. During the summer of 2015, I completed a 3-month internship with ESPN in Bristol, CT as a Motion Graphics Controller. During my time as ESPN I was the main VizRT operator for the 3pm SportsCenter on ESPNews and also worked on such shows as NFL Live, NFL Insiders, His & Hers and The Herd with Colin Cowherd. During my time at St. John's I was a student worker in the Athletic Communications department for 3 years where I worked both in the Communications office and for the SJU-TV student led production department. For SJU-TV I performed a wide range of tasks on our live productions of SJU athletics including camera operator (Canon XF-305), replay operator (NewTek 3Play), graphics (Chyron IP, Ross xPression), Time-Out Coordinator, Associate Producer and Producer. I carried this experience into freelance live production work with Ross Video where I was the graphics operator for a variety of events including the 2014 MLU Championship Game and 2014/15 America East basketball. My interests include sports production, social media, regional sports networks and media relations. I am very active on my personal twitter account: @JGio92 where I enjoy interacting with other sports fans and professionals. I am currently freelancing in sports production in the New York City area.
