Before joining DGDA in Dec 2020, he was a senior Principal with BCG. Previously, he worked with Oliver Wyman, Accenture, and boutique consulting firm Consultia. Josep also collaborated with his family’s businesses. As a former strategy consultant, he has worked with senior leaders in the Real Estate, Development and Infrastructure sectors, defining and cascading the vision and strategy for several Giga Projects in KSA bound to become world-class destinations. He also has experience in Public Sector and Technology/Media/Telecom. His functional expertise includes strategy, operating models, transformation, governance, organizational design, and customer experience. Josep is passionate about building and developing teams, unlocking the full potential of the group and individually. Born in Barcelona, he has worked and lived in 10+ countries. He moved to Middle East 10 years ago. Josep has an MSc in Electrical Engineering (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm), an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona), and an MBA from INSEAD (France, Singapore).
