In order to succeed and provide tangible results it is fundamental to take part in continuous education. I have been in the Dental Field for over 29 years. In my present role as a Associate Director for International Education at Straumann AG, I am responsible for the managing and delivery of training on a global level but with a focus on the EMEA region. I am responsible for the Interaction and management of relevant KOL's that collaborate in this effort to provide world class education in the Dental Implant field. It is my objective to deliver insightful,meaningful and engaging learning solutions in order to provide succesful training which will allow the participants to implement and make immediate practical use of the knowledge acquired in their daily practice. Besides creating and setting up courses it is also my function to develop Speakers and Rising Stars or future KOL’s. As a Co-Active coach (CTI) accredited by the International Coach Federation(ICF) and I believe that people are naturally creative,resourceful and whole and with this training want to help people move forward in their lives by helping them feel supported and understood and have people feel empowered to be pioneers of their own life and move in a direction that suits their values. With this in mind I have embarked on an additional journey of “ COMMUNICATION SKILLS COACHING” in order to help people who want and need to communicate, not only on big podiums but also in everyday working environments, gain the skills and feel more confident to do so!
