Professional Engineer with over 10 years experience in downstream oil sector in different companies, that involves the development of strategic planning for production of lubricants; LPG supply chain operations; issues related with LPG commercialization like contracts, prices, supply; consulting in issues related to energy (natural gas, oil and petrochemistry) working in research as well; formulation and evaluation of natural gas and petrochemical projects in their pre-investment phase. Major achievements include the improvement of the LPG supply chain in Repsol and Pluspetrol, reducing significantly the operation cost in the first company, and with appreciable recognition by clients and successful management of LPG contracts. In addition, the excellent formulation and evaluation of a GTL Project for the production of Diesel from natural gas, and a pre-feasibility study for the production of ethylene and polyethylene from the ethane in the natural gas stream. I also wrote articles and performed many speeches in different seminars related not only to technical gas and petrochemical issues but also to research done by myself.
