I also participated in cross border vaccination enquiries, Autumn Winter booster vaccination and focused on ensuring the most vulnerable citizens had access to vaccination. I am now once again fully registered with the NMC as a qualified Mental Health Nurse and have had over two years relevant experience working back with the NHS. My previous work required a high level of autonomy, self-determination and resilience across agencies, disciplines and teams with competing priorities and interests. I believe I have the communication skills, motivation and resilience to undertake this role. I have demonstrated ability to form positive and constructive relationships with senior managers and colleagues across hierarchies. I believe relationships are central to the success, development and reputation of any service or team. I consider myself to be a valuable negotiator and influencer in effecting change through a variety of projects, day-to-day cases and partnership working. I have shown commitment to the delivery of innovative ways of working to improving services, identifying and measuring outcomes and value for money.
