Numerous savings have been realised on various builds due to diligent and accurate scrutiny of the various Bills Of Quantities. Constant and up to date communication is vital in ensuring all parties involved are on par as to the development/s of each build. Following up on and resolving any issues or matters of concern is a day to day functionality and a huge part of maintaining and lowering costs. We strive by all means to avert and/or eliminate any delays that may occur, as these would eradicate any possibility of maintaining or reducing the build costs. Building and maintaining healthy working relationships is a crucial aspect of my job. Ability to communicate at all levels whilst remaining professional and respectful of the individual/s engaged, is key.
