Through college studies and subsequent work, i have gained solid knowledge in mechanical engineering, computer, automation, semiconductor technology, and digital communications. Professional experience From 1995 to 2002, i worked in Beijing College of Light Industry teaching College Physics. From 1997 to 2002, i worked for China Sinda as a part-time translator of patent applications. In 2002, i joined Insight IP as a full-time patent attorney; in 2005, i was appointed as the manager of the Electricity Department of this firm. In 2003, i passed the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination and obtained my patent attorney qualification. In 2006, i joined Wan Hui Da IP Agency in charge of the international patent business. In 2009, i was promoted as the director of the Patent Department, responsible for patent application, reexamination, invalidation, administrative and civil proceedings, and developing patent strategies for clients. From 2011 to 2017, I co-founded patent section of SBZL but was not very successful in running the firm. At the beginning of 2018, I joined Uni-intel Patent and Trademark law firm as a managing partner in charge of the international business with US and EU associates. I am a member of the All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), a member of the eighth ACPAA Industrial Design Patent Professional Committee, and an enterprise patent consultant of the Quality Brand Protection Committee (QBPC).
