Additionally I’ve selected vendor products, tested and certified and launched successful product offerings. I’ve created in-depth power point presentations to lead customer-focused meetings. Whether as part of a technical deep-dive or a high-level product overview. I’ve also performed presentations for high-level internal discussions gaining approval for a potential new product evaluation or investing significantly into network augmentation. I’ve also provided training to various groups including Sales, Product Management and Operations on new products or existing product offerings to support their growth and growth of the business. I’ve performed vendor hardware and software certifications. From “racking and stacking” to writing and executing test plans and authoring certification documents to be published internally. Being former military I bring a strong work ethic and strong collaborative team focus.
