In 2016, he was also awarded a contract with the Library of Congress as a private equity and venture capital expert to conduct research on the economic impacts of the Small Business Administration’s SBIC private equity program. He also delivered expert witness testimony in front of the House Committee on Small Business on the topics of the SBIC program and small business capital access in 2019.
