In 2006 took a position as an Adult Protective Services Social Worker with Durham County Department of Social Services. Also served as Supervisor for 2 1/2 years for the Adult Protective Services and Representative Payee program. In January of 2011 moved back into an Adult Protective Services Social Worker position with the county of Durham.
