I managed multiple redesigns, introduced two different and challenging content management systems for the website, and mentored, taught and led the best news website team in the country. As online editor, I developed digital and social media strategies for News Queensland, training and mentoring journalists along the way. As the editorial lead for commercial projects at APN-ARM, I produced, edited and published content on multiple platforms, including personalised newspapers, co-ordinating of regional editors and newsrooms and liaising with management and clients. As Digital Manager with Queensland Police Media, I advise on social media and digital publishing strategies, manage the police corporate site (police.qld.gov.au) and intranet, and the back end of the police news website myPolice, and investigate, assess and introduce new digital publishing opportunities.
